MSO IN THE SCHOOLS

Rich and Effective Music Education Programs
The MSO's nationally recognized education programs reach more than 31,000 children and adults each year. These programs are provided free of charge to participating schools and to help students achieve the Wisconsin State Model Academic Standards for Music.

The Future of the Art Form
Studies show that young people educated in music will hold a lifelong appreciation for the art. They are, after all, our next generation of musicians and audiences. We believe the MSO's commitment to enriching musical education plays a part in the future of the art form.

The Way it was Meant to Be
Through MSO education programs and partnerships, students interact directly with professional musicians in instruction that is uniquely tailored to fit the student's age and interest. Best of all, students get to listen to music the way it was meant to be heard, LIVE.
