RENEWING SUBSCRIBER FINE PRINT
  • Renew by April 12, 2010 for a chance to win A Night at the Symphony Prize Package, which includes a free 2010-2011 subscription for up to two people. And a Madison Concourse Hotel (the official hotel of the Madison Symphony Orchestra) package, including a Dayton Street Grille dinner for two on the night of a MSO concert and an overnight stay in the newly remodeled Governor's Club.

  • Renew by April 30, 2010 to keep your seats or request a priority seating change.

  • Subscription seating change requests are addressed after the renewal period has ended. Changes are dependent on unrenewed seats of other subscribers; therefore it is not always possible to accommodate your change requests. Changes are handled in order of your priority as determined by your past subscription, donation and volunteer investment in the MSO. You must renew by April 30 to maintain this priority.

  • Payment will be processed upon receipt of your order. This does not guarantee your first choice of seating. If you request seating that we are unable to accommodate due to lack of availability, you are guaranteed your current seats and a refund of the cost difference, if any. You will receive a confirmation of your order, and your tickets will be mailed in mid-August.

  • There are no refunds on ticket orders. However, you may exchange subscription tickets. A $2 per ticket Overture Center exchange fee applies.

  • If you order the optional reserved subscriber parking, you will receive a parking permit with your tickets. It is located just two blocks from the entrance to Overture Hall at the corner of Fairchild and W. Main Streets. There are no elevators in this ramp. Please note that this is not Crescendo Club parking.

  • Overture Center for the Arts is accessible to persons with physical disabilities. Click Accessibility for more information. You can also call the Box Office at 608.258.4141 (TDD: 866.704.2328) or see more at the Overture website.)

  • Children aged six and older are welcome at MSO concerts. There is no age restriction for the Christmas Spectacular concerts.

  • Programs and artists are subject to change.
Single Tickets for all concerts are available exclusively to subscribers at an additional 10% discount during Subscriber Courtesy Days, August 25-27, 2010, before they go on sale to the general public on August 28. Single tickets may be purchased through the Overture Center Box Office at 201 State Street, by calling the Box Office at 608.258.4141 or online here.

Groups of 15 or more save 25% on single ticket prices and can reserve seats as early as July 26, 2010.

Please include a tax deductible contribution with your order. Your gift will make the difference between ticket revenue and the cost of the season. Thank You!
