What Information is Being Collected?
When you browse our web site, you do so anonymously. When you subscribe
online or make an online donation, we need to know your name, email address,
mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to
process and fulfill your request.
Once you become a subscriber or member of the Madison Symphony Orchestra, you
will be automatically placed on our mailing list. We may use your mailing
address to occasionally notify you about concerts and events of the Madison
Symphony Orchestra. We will not place you on our email list(s) unless you request to be added. We do not collect personal or business information on our web site visitors
unless it is voluntarily provided.

Will the information be given to third parties?
We will NOT sell or rent individually identifying information, including your
email address, to third parties. We may occasionally trade individual subscriber
names and mailing addresses (but not email addresses) with other Madison-area
arts organizations. We may also provide aggregate statistics about our visitors,
database entries, web traffic patterns, and related site information to selected
vendors, but these statistics will contain no personally identifying
information. If you do not want your name and mailing address provided to other
