Buy single tickets for your friends and family during Subscriber Courtesy Days, August 19-21, before they go on sale to the general public.
Flexibility
Unlimited ticket exchange
You have unlimited ticket exchange privileges. That means that if your plans change, you can exchange your tickets for another subscription performance during the 2009-2010 season up to 24 hours before the concert. (The Overture Center charges a $2 exchange fee for this servies.)
Missed concert insurance
If you miss one of your concerts for any reason, we'll provide tickets to another subscription concert during the 2009-2010 season for FREE. (One time only.)
Tax credit for your unused tickets
If you're going to miss a concert and don't want to exchange your tickets for another concert, you can still donate your tickets back to the MSO 24 hours prior to the concert and receive a tax-deductible receipt upon request.
Service
Reserved Subscriber Parking
Sign up with your subscription to park at the Dane County/Capitol South Ramp, just two blocks from Overture Hall, for $3 per concert. (There are no elevators at this ramp.)
Free replacements for lost tickets
If you lose your tickets in advance of the concert, call the MSO at 608.257.3734. If you leave them at home or lose them on the night of the concert, stop by the Overture Box Office for free replacements.

Subscriber Welcome Kit
You'll receive your Subscriber Welcome Kit in August. It will contain your tickets, calendar reminder stickers and a wealth of information. You'll also receive ticket exchange cards, so you can easily take advantage of your exchange privileges.
*Discount is calculated before the Overture fee of $3 per ticket is applied.
A new subscriber is defined as someone who has never subscribed or a subscriber returning after a lapse of one or more seasons.
