• Seating for new subscribers begins after the renewal deadline of April 27, 2008. Your subscription seat assignment will be based on the date your order is received and your priority position as determined by your past subscription, donation and volunteer investment in the MSO.
• Payment will be processed upon receipt of your order. This does not guarantee your first choice of seating. If you request seating that we are unable to accommodate due to lack of availability, you are guaranteed your current seats and a refund of the cost difference, if any. You will receive a confirmation of your order, and your tickets will be mailed in mid August.
• No refunds on ticket orders, however, you may exchange subscription tickets.
• If you order the optional reserved subscriber parking, you will receive a parking permit with your tickets. See a map of the Dane County Ramp here. There are no elevators in this ramp.
• Overture Center for the Arts is accessible to persons with physical disabilities. Please call the Box Office at 608.258.4141 (TDD: 866.704.2328) or see more details.
• Children aged six and older are welcome at MSO concerts. There is no age restriction for the Christmas Spectacular concerts.
• Programs and artists are subject to change.
