Dear Symphony Family, The Madison Symphony Orchestra League has been supporting the artistic, educational, financial and community engagement goals of the MSO for 53 years now. We are a group of fun and energetic men and women who volunteer our time to bring you a host of events throughout the year. All our activities directly benefit the Symphony and especially its Education & Community Engagement Programs. In June of 2011, I had the pleasure of presenting our annual financial gift to MSO President Nick Mischler in the
amount of $75,000.

That represents hundreds of hours of volunteer work on the part of the MSOL, and more importantly, it represents your support of our events. Every time you attend an MSOL event, you add to this total.

As we enter an exciting new season of events, we're pleased to offer you new ways to keep in touch with all our events. You'll find links to upcoming events above throughout the year, and you'll also see our newsletter Counterpoint in the Symphony's Score for the first time. Please join us at our events this season!

As a member of the League you'll meet and socialize with others who share your enjoyment of music, get closer to the music, educate future audience members and have a great time.
