Prelude discussions begin one hour before each concert except the Christmas Spectacular in Overture Hall.

parking. Groups who are planning a bus or motorcoach trip should contact the
Overture Center at 608.258.4153 at least one week prior to the concert date to
obtain parking details. Patrons may be dropped off and picked up at the
Fairchild Street entrance to Overture Center, but buses may not remain parked
there during the performance.
Frequently asked questions
Is a deposit required? We require a 50%
non-refundable deposit to hold seats for your group. The deposit, payable by
check or credit card, will be credited toward your total balance.
When is final payment due? The remaining balance is due 4 weeks
prior to your event. The final payment may be made with cash, check or credit
card. Once final payment has been received, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Can I change my order? Yes! Group orders can be adjusted until
the time of final payment. Once final payment has been received, there are no
refunds or exchanges. However, if you need to add more seats after your final
payment is made, simply call 608.257.3734 x222; as long as there is still seat
availability, we can accommodate additional members of your group.
Can my group sit together? We will make every effort to seat all
members of your group together. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. In
general, the farther in advance you make reservations, the more likely it is
that we can accommodate your seating requests.
How far in advance can
I make a request? If you can pick a date, we can take a request. Advance
ordering is the key to the best available seats.
Will my group be
assigned seats when I make a request? That depends on the time of year you
call. Our concert season, which runs from September to May, is announced in
March or April. Although we can take a request for seats at any time, we cannot
confirm seating until mid- to late-August. At that time, seating requests will
be filled in the order in which they were received. All orders received after
that time can be quoted specific seating assignments within three days of
ordering, upon request.
What about handling fees? The Overture
Center charges a $10 handling fee for your entire group, regardless of the
number of seats.
How do I get my tickets? There's no need to wait
in line at the box office. After final payment has been made, we will mail your
tickets to you.
