Drawing to be held on Monday, June 16, 2008 at 7:30 PM during the Madison Symphony Orchestra League’s Concert on the Green at Bishops Bay Country Club, 3500 Bishops Drive, Middleton, Wisconsin. Please return ticket stubs to the Madison Symphony Orchestra League, 222 W. Washington Avenue Suite 460, Madison, WI 53703. Mailed entries must be received by June 13, 2008.
Winners need not be present. Winners will be contacted by phone and with a letter of confirmation by mail. Any prize not claimed within 30 days of notification will be forfeited and a redrawing will be held for that prize. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Consideration not necessary to enter. Limit one prize per household.
